At VeloSkin we pride ourself on the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you are not totally happy with your purchase, please email us at info@veloskin.cc within 14 days of the purchase date to cancel your order and return your goods within a further 14 days for a full exchange or refund.

All items must be returned in an "as new" condition and unopened. 

Refunds will be processed within 10 days, once we have received the item(s) back.
