Busy weekend at the Tour de Yorkshire, how was it?
The Tour de Yorkshire was probably the best experience I’ve had on my bike. The crowds were ridiculous and the terrain was brutal! Luckily the weather held out so I could take it all in.. What's next up for you?
I have the Tour series coming up. 3 weeks of action packed criterium racing! Hoping for some time of the podium! What's your Favourite cake?
Victoria sponge. Classic. Who is your idol and why?
I don’t particularly idolise anyone. I just like some peoples certain characters. How would you describe your style of racing?
Probably conservative until it counts. Don't particularly like touching the wind haha In three words how does racing your bike make you feel?
Fast, lucky, Tired! If you had to race in one country, which would it be and why?
Italy. Its the most beautiful place I’ve been to and the post race food its going to be great! What race do you look forward to every year?
Redditch Tour series. I've been so close twice to winning so i'm excited to try and reach the top spot! Do you use chamois cream and why?
Yes, it helps with chaffing. Even with the best saddle and shorts, the hours in the saddle take its toll so chamois cream is invaluable. A must for any level of cyclist. Campag or Shimano?
Campag for looks, Shimano usage. What's your top tip to any rider?
Stick at it and give it everything you have.
